Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver to most countries in the world with a few exceptions. If you want to make sure we deliver to your specific country please contact our customer service and they will give you an answer.
I wanna change or cancel my order?
If you want to change of cancel an order inform us through our contact form as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to implement the changes you desire. We are usually quick to send out orders so the sooner you e-mail the bigger the chances are we can change or remove your order. If the order has already been handled we unfortunately can not remove or change any products in your order.
Where is my package?
If you want to track your package you can log on to your user and then into "My Account" and "Orders". You can also find the tracking ID to the package in the order confirmation that got sent to your e-mail after your order is shipped from us.
How do you make a return or exchange a product?
If you would like to return or exchange an item you do that by sending it to our return address. We suggest you use the local post office for your return but you can choose from a variety of different delivery options, as long as the package comes all the way to us. Along with the return, regardless of exchange or return, you have to carefully fill out the return form. We will send you the return form together with your order and if you have accidentally lost or thrown it away our customer service can provide you with a copy sent to your e-mail in a PDF format. Make sure the packaging is tightly closed and well packed so the items are not destroyed or become dirty on the way back to us. The customer pays for return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are always made back to the card that was charged for the purchase or to the account information you entered on your return form. We always try to carry out repayments as regularly as possible but reserve the right to take up to thirty days to complete.
One item was missing in my order, what do I do?
If there is an item missing in your package that you have ordered we should have informed you about this in an e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail you need to contact customer service for further help.
I have received a different item than the one I ordered, what do I do?
If you have a wrong item you must contact our customer service as soon as possible.
